Application Form

To attend Connecting Hearts – A Matrimonial Event for Muslim Singles, you must complete the application form by answering questions about who you are and what you are looking for. This information will be used to determine your eligibility (if you get shortlisted) and will determine your initial seating at the start of the event.

Please note that the registration fee is non-refundable once a candidate is considered eligible (shortlisted). Unsuccessful candidates who have completed this form will receive refunds (those who do not get shortlisted). The refunds will be processed by July 7th, 2021.

    The following questions will be used to determine the initial seating of participants at the start of the event. Participants will have the opportunity to switch seats and meet other individuals during the interactive sessions and other portions of the event.

Details will be used for seating purposes for our clients only.
