The preadolescent education and personal hygiene workshop aim to help children navigate the hormonal and emotional changes of puberty.
The Urdu workshop is offered at the same time in two separate sessions for Boys and Girls by Hammad Khan, Resident Physician, and Sadiah Iqbal, Physician.
Age group recommended 9-13 years old
** Older and younger kids are allowed at the discretion of the parents**
The Urdu workshop will cover the following:
- Understanding hormonal & emotional changes
- Normal growth and development
- Physical changes in puberty
- Personal hygiene and self-care
- Q&A and discussion segments
We want to provide a safe and confidential space. During the webinar, privacy settings will be enabled. Information about participants and questions submitted will not be visible to anyone except for the presenter and moderator.
