The preadolescent education and personal hygiene workshop aim to help children navigate the hormonal and emotional changes of puberty.
The Dari/Farsi workshop is offered at the same time in two separate sessions for Boys and Girls by Fahim Pirzada, MD and Zahra Goliaei, Physician
Age group recommended 9-13 years old
** Older and younger kids are allowed at the discretion of the parents**
The Dari/Farsi workshop will cover the following:
- Understanding hormonal & emotional changes
- Normal growth and development
- Physical changes in puberty
- Personal hygiene and self-care
- Q&A and discussion segments
We want to provide a safe and confidential space. During the webinar, privacy settings will be enabled. Information about participants and questions submitted will not be visible to anyone except for the presenter and moderator.
